At Essenty, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process.

Returns

Returns are accepted within fifteen days from the date you receive your order.
Items must be unused, in the same condition as delivered, and returned in their original packaging.
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, including underwear, opened cosmetics, or customized items.

Return Process

To begin a return, please contact us at essentyinfo@proton.me and include your order number.
After reviewing your request, we will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or declined.
Approved refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method within fifteen business days.
Please be aware that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for a different size, color, or model, subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence.
In these cases, we will cover all shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Exceptions

Items purchased during sales or clearance events are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
